Cancellation & Refund Policy

*Cancellation and Refund Policy is subject to change without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to check the policy prior to making any new purchases.

Cancellations

By making a purchase at TAT Canada, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the Return Policy Section outlined at https://www.tat-canada.com/pages/return-exchange-policy, as referenced on this page.

Please note that order cancellations are not accepted after 48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected by our Japan warehouse, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and issued via your original payment method within several business days. 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you have done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at nailtatca@gmail.com.

    Only regular priced item(s) may be refunded, unfortunately item(s) on final sales or clearance are not eligible for returns.
