Order Procedure
- Once your order is received, we will forward it to our Japan warehouse to verify stock availability. If any items are out of stock, we will notify you via email and issue a refund for the item in the next few business days.
- Regular orders typically ship within the next few business days. However, please note that large orders may take up to three weeks or more for delivery. Thank you for your understanding!
- We will send you an email notification with the tracking number once it has been provided by the Japan warehouse.
- You can track your parcel and wait for its arrival!!
Delivery
All our products are shipped directly from TAT Japan via EMS (Express Mail Service).
Delivery typically takes 7-20 business days to the destination, depending on your local postal service. Please note that this timeframe may vary due to Japanese public holidays or EMS-related delays. Please note that TAT Canada does not ship on weekends (Friday and Saturday) or on holidays.
While we will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, TAT Canada cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, and other unforeseen events.
We also offer a faster delivery option through UPS, which can be selected at checkout for quicker delivery. However, please note that the shipping costs for UPS will be higher than standard delivery options.
*Please be aware that EMS does not ship flammable and combustible liquids or glue, and is limited to a maximum of two machines (such as led nail lamp and nail drill machine) per order. If you placed the above products, we may notify you and cancel the order.*

Free shipping on orders of $300 CAD or more and Under 500G to all worldwide *Some exclusions may apply for some remote areas.*
For orders under $300 CAD or exceeding the weight limit, shipping costs will increase accordingly.

500G-1.0KG: $48 CAD
1.0KG-2.0KG: $72 CAD
2.0KG-4.0KG: $96 CAD
4.0KG-6.0KG: $130 CAD
6.0KG-10.0KG: $185 CAD
*Please note that some items do not qualify for free shipping, such as the UV & LED LIGHT and DUST COLLECTOR, and DRILL MACHINE and BOOKS. Free shipping is not applicable if your order includes any of these items that are not eligible for free shipping, even if you purchase more than $300CAD in items that qualify. Your order is eligible for free shipping only when you purchase qualified items with the mark and spend more than $300CAD and under 500g.*
Customs Issue
TAT Canada is not responsible for any additional customs fees that may be charged by your country's customs office. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that their country’s customs can accept our products. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential fees before placing an international order.
By purchasing from TAT Canada, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you and could incur customs fees upon arrival in your country. Please note that we do not offer refunds if a customer refuses to pay these fees. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any applicable customs charges to receive their order.
Most orders typically reach their destination within 2 weeks; however, depending on customs in the destination country, delivery may take up to 30 business days or longer. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, as we have no control over customs processing.
Please be aware that delivery timeframes may be delayed if items are held in customs.
Order Modification and Address Changes
Once your order is placed, it enters our processing system. Any modifications, including changes to the shipping address, must be requested as soon as possible by contacting us at nailtatca@gmail.com. After the tracking number has been sent, we are unable to make any changes to your order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, please note that we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed and shipped.
Missing Parcel
Please note that TAT Canada cannot be held responsible for parcels lost by the shipping company. If you believe your parcel is missing, please contact your local post office directly to obtain your claim number via email or phone. We recommend submitting any evidence of stolen packages to your local authorities and filing an official report. We can provide sender and product information to assist you in this process. If the wrong address is due to the mistake by TAT Canada, TAT Canada will cover all shipping costs to re-ship the item to customers.
Additionally, please be aware that Japan Post liability coverage is limited to a maximum of $50 CAD. If you would like to purchase additional insurance coverage, please contact us via email before placing your order.
